Erik has been working six days a week. After work he comes home, changes his clothes, and immediately starts working on Avery's playhouse (stopping only for dinner and to sing bedtime songs). He really wanted to finish the playhouse for Avery's birthday but we had quite a bit of rain (and lightning) over the last couple of weeks. Erik built as much as he could in the garage, but the weather made the assembly really hard. Avery didn't care though...as soon as the walls were up she started playing in it. It's such a great little house, and Avery and I have big plans to spend the night in it soon.
Can't wait to see the finished product...such a labor of love.
