2012

In 2012...

We went to the beach, we played in the snow, we watched Avery's first soccer game, we planted a garden, we honored veterans (including Erik), we built a playhouse (mostly Erik), we celebrated Avery's fourth birthday, we went to the Ape Caves, we lit fireworks, we went camping in the San Juan Islands, we watched Killer whales, we took Avery to her first Mariner's game, we shopped at Pike's Place, we harvested vegetables, we went camping at Fort Stevens, we hiked, we painted, we bowled, we rode our bikes, we harvested berries and plums, we went to the pumpkin patch, we went to football games and basketball games, we celebrated 10 years of marriage, we went to the mountains, we spent time with family and friends, we celebrated the holidays, we watched Avery grow like a weed, and Erik worked harder than anyone I know. 

There are so many other things that happened this year, I could never list them all.

But most importantly, we loved each other. A lot.
